How to Make a Return:

Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service via email at bonsoir@sombre.us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Prepare the Package: Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, undamaged, with its labels intact, and accompanied by all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Ship It Back: Send the package to Société 7-212-5 SAS, 87 Boulevard Voltaire, 75011 Paris, FRANCE, attention: "Sombre". The shipping must be done through a traceable method like UPS, FEDEX, DHL, La Poste, etc. Don't forget to share the tracking number with us!
Important Points:
- Deadline: Refund request after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- Costs: All return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility.
- Identification: Please make sure your details (name, address, and return code) are clearly mentioned on the package for successful processing.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we'll confirm it via email.
- Reimbursement: After confirmation, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price (excluding any customs fees and return shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.
Remember, no need to provide a reason or pay any penalties, just cover the return shipping. We can't be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, so please use a traceable shipping method.
